FLV to DV Converter for iMovie

Hey everybody,

I have a bunch of FLV movie files and I want to make an iMovie project but i need to change the files to DV. Does anyone know how to convert the files? or a program i can use to convert the files?

www.squared5.com, even has a batch function. I used it for converting stupid youtube clips to DV files.
