Fly Out Menues like ObjeckDock?

is there a way to have a add-on to the Mac Dock to have fly out menus like ObjectDock for Windows?

I kind of ***** a little just to put a regular folder in the dock.

The only thing even close to that built into Mac OS is to hold the mouse button down on a folder in the dock to get a menu. I'm not quite sure if this is the type of thing you mean though.
