FM transmitter (car) and iPhone4, compatibility

Hi,

In short: are FM transmitters compatible with iPhone 3Gs also compatible with iPhone4 ?

I'm looking to get the Belkin F8Z441 TuneBase FM model for my car, but being that I am very soon also getting the iPhone4 I would like to know if this model will also be compatible with the new phone before buying it.
