FM trasmitter, car dock, charging, with a neck (not suction)

This for the iPhone 4/4s

I read a few threads here, and almost all the recommendations are those suction cup docks.

Does anyone have experience with these or others? I prefer those with an adjustable neck and it can charge the phone + fm transmit
