Focus Driving doesn't enable automatically anymore

Not sure if anyone has this problem but since I updated to iOS 16.0 the driving focus doesn't automatically enable when I drive. Any ideas fixing this? It is one of my favourite features. Especially that it can send an automatic message to the person letting them know I m driving. :(

Hello,
did you check on the bluetooth settings that your car device is identified as a "Car Stereo" device ?
 
I don’t connect my phone to my car because the car is too old haha. It doesn’t have bluetooth. However before updating the iphone could detect that I m driving (I guess via GPS) but it’s not doing it anymore

Make sure this setting is active
