Hi, I created a new Work focus on my iPhone. Sharing across devices is enabled. But I can't see the Work focus on my Apple Watch. Even not when I'm enabling this on my iPhone. Every other focus is automatically activated on both my iPhone and Watch, but not the Work focus...

You could also try deselecting the Share Across Devices option and turning the Focus on and off. Then, re-enable it and turn it back on.
Other than that, I would then contact Apple Support using the Apple Support App.
