Foiled by Verizon Billing Password

I haven't purchased a phone in three years. How am I supposed to remember the billing password? Verizon was kind enough to not have CSR staff on hand this evening so I ended up ordering directly from Verizon, instead of Apple.

The billing password is a maximum 5 alphanumeric characters. =/ Good luck.
