Folder, And Auto. Formatting Questions, Please

Hello,

Always something new:

a. Using WORD.

Somehow, it seems I am now in full-screen mode, and cannot seem
to move the WORD display or page image around by dragging
the top bar with the Mouse, like I used to.

How do I revert back, please ?

b. Might as well also ask, please:

WORD keeps putting in, automatically, sub fields headers (the a, b, and c example below) like:
a. XXXXX
b. YYYYY
c. ZZZZ

I hate it when it does anything automatically.

How do I tell it not to do the above, and/or any other automatic formatting, please ?

View > Zoom Window

That should allow you to grab a corner and make the window smaller.
