I have a MacPro running Yosemite 10.10.1 and I am stumped with how to change the folder background colors. I like the icon view for the items in the folder but they are all but invisible against the bright white background. I have searched the web on how to change the folder's background color but every suggestion involves the "Show View Options" and instructions to select a background color there. My problem is that there is no option to change the background color in that menu. Can anyone explain this and give me some suggestions on how to do this?
