Our company uses color labeled folders for identifying purposes but there is one mac pro that can not see the folder colors. There are some that show up but most of them don't. Any ideas what this could be?

Thanks

Is the Mac Pro that's exhibiting the behavior you describe connecting to the rest of the network via standard Mac networking, or by SMB (to a Windows network)? SMB doesn't support color labels or other Mac-specific metadata.

wrldwzrd89,

The mac pro was connecting to the windows storage server via afp. It's weird cause it would show some of the colors. I then tried connecting via SMB and it worked!!!! All the colors showed up. Thanks for the spark!
