I went digging around in my external hard drive the other day to fish out some old animation project files in order to update my portfolio.
This animation folder (from 5-6 years ago), which is now on my desktop, copies itself whenever I try to move it. What is causing this?
Would it have something to do with the permissions? I've set the folder itself to 'read and write' and checked the box for "apply to enclosed items", but the problem is not solved. There are many subdirectories in this folder as well.. is the 'apply to enclosed items' option really supposed to work on every folder and file inside the one chosen, because that doesn't seem to be the case.
