unzip, place it above all other themes in WinterBoard, select and respring.
The folder should look something like this :
Ive also included other folder-type folders in the Bundles/com.apple.springboard directory. they need to be named FolderIconBG@2x~iphone.png to work.

Yes that will work. im on 4.3.3 as well, not sure if anything like this available on cydia. cheers.
are you familiar with how to SSH into your phone (basically access your phone's data drive) ?
There are various methods to do this. I use iFunBox (this is a free windows program).
Unzip the file I uploaded.
You will have a directory named Folder, this is your theme folder.
You need to copy this directory to /Library/Themes/ directory on your iPhone
Then go to WinterBoard, select "Folder" and respring.
ok, i got it!! wasnt to hard. few questions tho, you added some other folder options in there for me, how can i select the other ones? also is there anyway where i can get it to just be the folder icon? and not show the mini icon of the apps i have in the folder? im going for a very clean look, basically i just want to see the folder icon and what i named it.

I dont know if its possible to not show the mini apps icons inside the folder icon. There may be a tweak that does that.....
To select a different folder icon, first backup FolderIconBG@2x~iphone.png (maybe rename it to FolderIconBG@2x~iphone.bak)
Then rename the icon you want to use, to FolderIconBG@2x~iphone.png
Note that the name must be precisely as above (capital and small letters).
Respring.
