Folder Icons to an image file?

So I'm trying to make an wallpaper for my Touch, and I found some really awesome icons with iMacs, and decided I'd like one of them on them.

The icons are folders so I can't find or know how to find the .icns file to convert it.

Does anyone know a program of solution to this?
