whenever I launch my macbook, a window pops up and it's titled "Erase.nib." It only started doing this after I installed Windows on my mac (cuz i have to). Is there a way to stop this from popping up?

Is this folder somehow in your startup items? Go to System Prefs>Accounts>Login Items (tab)

If the folder is there then just remove it, if it is not in there then I don't know how to solve this.
