Folder Shrinks a bit in iOS 8.1

i noticed in all my iDevice which is on 8.1 that if i open a folder and see the upper left rounded edge of the folder it just shrink or u can say breath, is it normal?

I see it too. Looks like a very small resizing. Do you have animations on? I do not.

no animations are off in 6+ but its on in 5S
