Folder Snafu

This whole thing started happening when I installed winterboard and one theme. The folders background becomes shrunk. I have searched Cydia for a fix but couldn't find any. I have uninstalled Winterboard, Infinifolders, and any tweak related to the folders and it still happens. I have attached two example images. Any ideas on how to correct this. Thanks

Do you use tweaks like iOS 6 Photos Menu or FacebookThis (or any other apps by NobitaZZZ)? I had the former and once I uninstalled it (then ran iCleaner), the folders went back to normal.

I do have iOS 6 Photos menu installed! I will uninstall it and run iCleaner and see if that helps

Getting rid of iOS 6 Photo Menu and running I cleaner fixed the issue! Thanks!
