I love Time Machine for the fact that it backs up anything changed or added, rather than re-backing up everything at once. Is there a service, preferably free, that does this but by folder? And in FAT32 format, or some other generic, universally accepted format?

Example: I want to have daily back ups of my Music folder, Pictures folder, Documents folder, and Movies folder. I want them backed up in their original format (.mp3, .m4v, etc.) so they can be read on nearly anything. Is there a free (or very inexpensive) solution to this?

Carbon Copy Cloner. Free.
I have it and because I have a 320gb drive on my laptop along with two 320gb external drives, I can't just copy everything over.

Last night to test it out, I made a backup of my applications folder. Simple as click, click.... click :)

You can choose which folder to backup, multiple folders, single folders, what the name is, whether it's read/write or read only, and where it goes.

Hope this helps :)
