I need an app to sync folders in both directions between XP and Leopard. I'm happy to pay, I just need something reliable and not too geeky.

I've tried FolderShare and can't get it to work reliably on the Mac. Port forwarding does not work as the four ports it offers remain blocked and even selecting unencrypted and uncompressed transfers doesn't work.

Any ideas?

What's your setup? Is the XP a virtual installation or is it on a separate pc? If it's a separate machine, are they networked? Is the folder on the mac or the pc?

Sorry, should've thought to mention those things. The XP machine is a standalone PC and it and the Mac are both on the same LAN.
