Folder with question mark during bootup

Well I have this slight problem and I really didn’t notice until I recently did an update. When I reboot on my PB I get the question mark on a folder and then it boots fine. Now a few weeks back I was messing with the login items and removed something named Damion or something like that but can seem to find out how to add it back. I think this was the cause of this problem. Anyone know how to add it back or know what the real name is called

Under "Control Panel -> Startup Disk" you probably selected "Network Setup" by mistake. Select your HD as your default startup.

Nope already done that one. Didn't fix the issue
