Folders app deleted some of my apps

I have a brand new MacBook and I'm loving every minuet of it. I jailbroke my phone and downloaded a app called folders or some type of orginizational app, and when I put some of my critical apps like my calculator and stocks app in those folders, i had to do a restore because my phone wouldnt come up when I touched the app. I didnt think about it then but they are all gone now!! I cant help but to think there gone forever. Is there anything I can do to retrieve those applications or are they gone forever? Please help...
