I am having this really messed-up issue with my macbook pro (doesn't happen on my mac mini), I have the baseline model 2012 cMbp 13". Basically in my "Finder", all my folders look really out of order. I went in the "order" tab and selected "Name" so the folders are in alphebetical order. It's good at first, but when I close and open up my finder and go back, the folders look like this :
