Folders before files in Finder

I decided to do an El Capitan install from scratch and I lost the tweak I had for sorting folders before files in Finder.

I disabled SIP, used this method again, enabled SIP... and it doesn't work. It's weird, because it was working fine during the betas.

Has anybody managed to do this?
