does anyone have any suggestions as to why folders that i have open will sometimes randomly close by themselves after a while? I'm running on a clean install of 10.3.9 osx with 500mb ram and a 450mhz g4 processor so it shouldnt really be a hardware problem. I didnt have this problem when i was running 10.4 but since ive lost the 10.4 cd ive had to revert to this older OS rather than buy a new one (cant seem to download it either as I haven't got a cd writer) 
Could it be something that needs updating? It's mainly the finder window that just ranomly closes and not even when im doing anything to strenuous on the computer.
