Folders in mail are not syncing

I got my iphone 5, my first iphone ever. I have added my yahoo account in mail. I have several folters in yahoo mail. I noticed that the mail app is only auto syncing the inbox. If there is an email that went to a folder, it doesn't notify me about that. I have to manually check each folder. Does anyone know how to fix that?

I don't see mail folders to push option.

You may need it setup as an exchange account. Not sure if you can do that with yahoo.
