Folders in Mail on iPad

Hi everyone,

I have just upgraded my iPad1 to iOS 5 and had to re-do my email accounts, however in doing that something weird has happened with the folders:

Before, there were proper iPad folders in the account, now there are just these blue folders and I can't delete any messages.

It is an IMAP account, not sure if that makes any difference, but has anyone got any ideas how I can resolve it?
