iPhone 6(S)/Plus Folders Question

Hi,

Re the folder icons on the phone:

When I press on some of them, and they All start to jiggle, to re-arrange their ordering,
some have that X in the upper left hand corner, and some folders don't.

What are the differences, please ?

And, any tricks to putting/moving a Folder to exactly
where you want it, without disturbing just about every other Folders location, which
are correct ?

These links should help you. You cannot delete an entire folder of apps. You can only delete apps one at a time. The apps that don’t have the “X” when in wiggle mode are stock apps that cannot be deleted. No tricks, just practice and patience.
