Monitoring unreplied messages in Outlook.

E-mail Follow-Up monitors to it that the sent messages aren't left without a reply. Sending a message set the time for the reply to be received and if the reply isn't received by the specified time the program will inform you about it, and will offer you to send a Follow-Up template message to remind the recipient that the reply hasn't been received. Supports the 2007 Office system.

I'm looking for a thing similar to this in Mail, I don't want the template message thing just a reminder will do, and I would favor a smart folder solution to an even reminder, any ideas ?
