'Follow-Up suggestions' .... Surely I'm not the only one,

...that ever since the 'Follow-Up suggestions' was introduced, that despite the fact it's been turned off on every iOS and every iPhone I've had since, it STILL puts these old emails up the top of my list, and I initially think they're new emails in, and have to delete all. Does this every other day! Infuriating!
