Followup (my other post) CS2 + Extensis suggestions?

Since i'm having so many problems w/ extensis and adobe cs2
I am going to try to reinstall everything. So its all fresh and there can be no mixups, as I am not in school at the mooment I can afford the time and effort to do this.
How you guys do it? Adobe CS2 First then extensis or Extensis First then CS2?
