Folx download manager wants to connect to loads of IPs

... despite there not being any downloads.
When I launch it, Little Snitch reports that Folx v 5.2.7 wants to make connections to IPs all over the world--Brazil, Pakistan, Russia, etc. I don't have any downloads sent to it, this happens immediately when it's launched.

Why is it doing this?
