In the pre-X days, I would use Fontgander Pro to print create a relatively attractive wysiwyg hardcopy catalogue of the fonts that were installed on Mac.

What's the best program to do this with OS X? I've tried a few (FontDoc, FontExplorer, The Fontz) but found them to produce either unattractive lists (unattractive in a readability sense) or ones that included every typeface of a font family (I'd rather the option to not include these).

Any suggestions that are either freeware or cheap shareware since this is likely a one-time (or once per couple years) project?
