Just found out that some fonts within the Font Book App. do not allow you to display your custom set "text" you type in. Now not every font is blocked but most are. I've yet to determine what parameters are needed for the whole preview menu to be set to gray and the currently selected font to show it's full alphabet but I hope there's a fix soon.

Did a quick check and various OTF and TTF do and do not show the custom text. If you've got a custom text displayed and if clicking onto a certain font the text instantly switches to the full fonts display. To show your custom text again you need to switch it in the preview menu if the new font allows it. I'm not sure if it has something to do with fonts just found online vs officially licensed ones but I hope they stop these shenanigans as my companies far to cheap to get us designers Font Explorer X despite my best efforts.

Any body else running into similar issues or hopefully find some fixes?
