Change font on notes

This is as far as I can find, the only thread about this topic. Someone plz answer? The default font on my touch for the notepad is totally illegible. What can we do ?

Apparently it can be done according to

http://conceptdev.blogspot.com/2007/11/iphoneipod-touch-notes-fonts-and-styles.html and
http://www.iphoneskinning.com/2008/...oneipod-touch-system-lock-and-notes-font.html and
http://daringfireball.net/2007/09/marker_felt_iphone and
http://daringfireball.net/2007/09/hacking_the_iphone_notes_app

If you have the inclination and ability to follow the directions you may have some success. However, I'd advise reading the links and posts fully as there apparently is a danger of bricking your touch.

Caveat emptor

Thanks...

I must say I was hoping for a simple way ;) - because i got lost somewhere about here:
quote:" ...and (c) you’ve installed the BSD subsystem, which allows you to access the iPhone’s underlying file system via SSH or SFTP." unquote.

-guess there's a lot of reading about things first... the font "Marker Felt" is a total mistake !!!
