Font/e-mail issue since installing Office 2011

Hi all

Since I installed Office 2011 today, some of my e-mails are displaying text very strangely - see here:

I'm not sure what the issue is but it has made some of my client e-mails unlegible. I tried changing display font but the sections that look this way stay the same. Does anyone have any ideas what's going on and how I can fix?

Well folks I just restarted and it went away, so no more issue!

Your font cache might be corrupted. As a first try, you could quit all applications and then open Terminal (in Utilities) and enter

atsutil databases -removeUser

Then log out and log back in. See if the messages display correctly.
