I want to use the Mac's Command key glyph (the cloverleaf-looking thing) for a graphic design project.

The trouble is, my design software will only recognize TrueType fonts and a couple other sorts of fonts. My understanding is that this symbol is included in a number of Mac fonts, such as Chicago, Lucida, etc. but when I copy the glyph from Character Viewer and try to paste it into my software nothing shows up. Is the key mapping somehow different? Are there any TrueType fonts that contain the "Command" character?

Thanks.

Your problem has nothing to do with TrueType, per se. It would be helpful if you named your problematic software.
