Font size is huge on my display

I must have done something screwy and now my font size is huge - windows are about three times larger than the screen! How can I change the font size back?? I'm running 10.5.5.

CTRL-scroll

if not then System Preferences

I have looked everywhere in system preferences. Where do you change the font size??

Check System Preferences>Displays. Make sure you're running on the highest resolution listed.

That was it! I bumped up the resolution and it fixed it. Thank you soooo much!
