iPhone font size issue

i previously had instructions on how to use ifile to get to the large size text option in accessibility and change all of the large font sizes to very small font sizes (which i prefer, even smaller then the font size the phone comes with yes) does anyone have an easier way to make the font smaller? or do you know how to get into those settings through ifile again? help please!
