just downloaded Mavericks from 10.6 and I'm finding it hard to get used to the style of font and size. For example on Google Chrome the fonts are thinner as are the webpages. I've increased the size of webpages via Chrome settings however the Chrome bar at the top/bookmark folders are still small. Also in TweetDeck the Timeline/Mentions bar is thinner which makes the text smaller. Not happy having different size fonts for every app, why can't they all be the same like 10.6?

Any way to change them so they are all the same?

I'm not sure how the fonts changed from 10.6 to Mavs so I'm not sure if this will help, but TinkerTool allows you to change many system fonts.

You could also try the Nocturne Theme for OS X by only selecting a font in the Font Section. This will change the menubar.

Hope you get it fixed to your liking.
