FontAgent Pro issues

Hi,

I'm having issues getting FontAgent Pro to work as my font management program. At first if I didnt have it open then Word wouldn't open, but when it was open only the fonts enabled in font book would be available to me or rather the ones I had disabled in FontAgent were still available to me and were still available in font book. I have now deleted Font Book and all traces of it from my system, and have FontAgent installed, Word works but I have no control over my fonts other than if they are on my computer or off.

Any suggestions?
