how does one go about instaling downloaded online fonts from font sites? i downloaded a bunch from places like 1000fonts.net and they all are .sit file endings. is this the standard for older macs? if so how can i convert so i can use the fonts on my newer mac? or is there a way to instal these? when i try font book it wont even recognize them as font types.

you need to use stuffit expander to expand them (it's like they are zipped up right now, but using a different format)
