Hi guys, I'm sure this has been asked millions of times but I wanted to ask again only because I don't browse iPhone forums bcause I don't have one.
Im asking on a friends behalf who has no idea about stuff like this.

Basically he's got an iPhone that was unlocked and for whatever reason, it's become bricked. He says that hes tried to rollback the firmware and restore but it hasn't worked.

I was wondering if someone could make a list of steps for a foolproof way to unbrick and then unlock an iPhone.

Thanks in advanced for any support you guys can offer

hmm my iphone was bricked and all i did was put it in recovery mode and restore...

Yeah I figured that, my friends says that he's tried it. I reckon he got it wrong. Ill try and ge him to do that. Thanks.

Also I don't think he has a mac.
