For an average business user, are discrete graphics used?

i'm trying to decide between the 2499 13" MBP and the $2599 15" MBP.

I'm an "average" business user. Email, Office, Browsing, Photos. Many apps and screens open at once.

I like the added real estate of the 15", but I'm wondering how often the discrete graphics will be used, or will it almost always be using the integrated intel 630 graphics.

or am i overthinking it, and in the real world, I won't notice a difference between the 630/655 in my usage?
