It seems that the iPhones offered by o2 for the reduced prices over the past few weeks have been shipped with older firmware. Im only saying this because I bought and unlocked 2 of the 8GB iPhones. Both of them refused to be unlocked the first time, until they were first restored to 1.1.4 firmware via iTunes. Anyone else notice this?

Mine too, when I connected it to iTunes, the first thing I had to do was download the firmware update, (I wasn't unlocking).
Loving it apart from the fact that Apple want £7 off me for the AV dock adaptor you usually get for free!!
