For best picture on 16" MacBook Pro, what Display and Color Profile settings should I use?

I recall a blogger saying we should choose a display that's half of the native resolution (3072‑by‑1920) which would be 1536 x 960, but default setting is 1792 x 1120. Do you agree with the blogger about using exactly half of the native resolution for a better sharper picture?

Choose highest refresh rate which would be 60 Hz?

The default color profile is Color LCD, which profile should I choose if I want the best picture? Color P3?

I agree. The best picture you get with the 1536x960 option, which provides 2x scaling. The default gives you more space but at the cost of blurriness and worse performance.
