This is what I am doing. What was the main reason that got you to upgrade?

For me it has to be the speed that the A9 chip is promised to bring us.

Improved camera, A9, and the biggest reason..I have jump on demand with T-mobile and I can upgrade 3 times a year at no cost so why not lol.

cause i update every year. I really like 3d touch but was going to actually skip this S model until they confirm 2gb of ram. I am hoping that there is a difference in the very few places I see hang ups.

Camera was the big reason for me, but I upgrade every year. The new processor looks so good on the new geekbench scores which makes me even more excited I pre ordered. Can't wait to get it tomorrow

Force touch, ram upgrade, a9 chip, hopefully cat 6 or better radio so that in the marginal areas of my Verizon coverage it gets a little better.

RAM, processor speed bump, 3D Touch and the fact that I want silver and don't want to buy another 6.

Less than 24 hours!

If you are upgrading because of the camera, you really might want to reconsider getting a plus. My friend is always very jealous at the overall quality of my photos compared to hers. Especially in lower light. The optical stabilizer is incredible.

Cameras, 3d touch, speed, slightly heavier weight and I sold my old 5s for more than I paid for the iphone 6s.. go figure
