For restore, is Quick Start phone to phone or iCloud faster?

Do you guys know if the Bluetooth phone to phone restore is faster or iCloud? I've got gigabit internet so my internet speed shouldn't come into play.

Depends. Phone to phone transfer will probably be quicker, but you cannot use the phone during the process.

Restoring from iCloud you’ll be able to use the phone after a few minutes while everything downloads in the background but could take quite a bit of time.
