for the life of me ( slide to unlock)

hello all,

i have the iblueworks theme , and it was all fine and dandy but for some odd reason then i close my phone and hit either the home or power button it skips the "slide to unlock" , any ideas?

i do have activtor , and i tryied playing with it and no fix, i have also rspring, rebooted and what not

however if i set passcode on, it works ( not the slide to unlock ofcourse)
