you have to have be an account manager or have the owner of the account pick up the phone for you so make sure you are before going

If we are an account manager (not owner) and added as an account manager to the account through the Verizon site already, when we do in store pickup, will they be able to see we're an account manager? Do we need to do anything else?

just id yea they will be able to see it so make sure and get it done if not you have to have it shipped or have account owner there for me it sucked because we was on a family plan with my sisters but got our own and if you're a new account member you can't add account managers for 30 days so had to get it shipped
