and are having their iPhone 6s shipped, are you paying the full price of the device? The other option from Apple.com is 299$ for upgrade for a 64 GB 6s. How do I go to Apple.com and request monthly device installments?

The options depend on which carrier you are going with. Some carriers have their own monthly device installment plans. The Apple Plan, you have to reserve a phone to pick up in store on the 25th, and I think all of those slots are reserved right now. I imagine they will release more slots in due time.

Neither, I am doing AT&T's Next plan, which is an installment plan.
