did you have a hell of a time getting your terms of use email?

I ordered on monday the 19th and I still don't have it. I've called every day and they always have another story for me about why I haven't received it yet.

Yesterday's excuse was that they had my email wrong. Today's excuse is that it takes 24-48 hours to send the email (wtf?).
